Foreign investors
Most of our formation clients are founders expanding into Oman from abroad — many from the UAE. The ownership rules are more open than people expect, and we handle the whole path.
100% foreign ownership for most activities. Since the Foreign Capital Investment Law came into force in January 2020, foreign investors can hold 100% ownership of Omani companies across the large majority of business activities, with no Omani partner required and no general minimum capital for most activities. A limited list of activities remains reserved — we confirm your activity's status before anything is filed.
A pathway to investor residency. Establishing an Omani company whose capital meets the threshold is the practical route to Oman's Investor Residency Program. Read the 2026 residency guide →
Handled end to end. Formation, licensing and approvals, PRO and government liaison, visas, and a registered office — one team, so your setup is structured correctly from day one.
